Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
PALS is a confidential service. If you need advice or have concerns about any aspect of your care in our Trust then please contact PALS.

We will:
- Listen to your view
- Help sort out problems quickly on your behalf
- Provide current information of NHS services
- Act as a gateway to appropriate independent advice and advocacy
services
- Advise you of the complaints procedure if required
Raising a concern will not affect your ongoing or future care.
