Please note that Wirral University Teaching Hospital operates a strict 'No Smoking' policy across all of its sites. There are no exceptions. This policy is in line with a Government Directive to make the entire NHS Smokefree.
The Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) should be the first point of call for any patient or carer who has a query or concern about their hospital care.

If you still can't find the information you require, please call the Helpline on 0151 678 5111 extension 2979 or 0151 604 7179. The Helpline can assist with queries about hospital appointments, outpatient referrals, waiting lists, access to your medical records, how to claim on your medical insurance and much more. The line is open from 8:30am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday. It is not available on Saturday's or Sundays.
