Our traffic control policy at Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge hospitals, aims to reduce the incidence of inconsiderate and potentially hazardous parking at these sites. Vehicles parked in a blue badge designated parking space without a valid blue badge will be issued with a fixed penalty ticket. Any vehicle, including blue badge holders, parked in non-designated areas such as on double yellow lines and grass verges, will be issued with a fixed penalty ticket. The fixed penalty notices carry a £60 fine, which will be reduced to £30 if paid within 14 days of receiving it.
