Shops
In the main foyer you can find a gift shop, florist and newspaper stand. The League of Friends also run a shop stocked with toiletries, sandwiches and snacks. For food 'on the go' Light Bites have a selection of sandwiches, pastries and snacks.
Fundraising Office
The Wirral Hospital Fundraising Office is located between the WRVS Tea Bar and the Children's Play Area, Out-Patients, Arrowe Park.
Bank
A branch of Barclays Bank is situated on the ground floor of Arrowe Park Hospital (0151 678 5111 ext 2153). Opening hours are 9.30 am to 3.30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - closed on Thursday.
Annabelle's Café
Situated in the main foyer of the hospital on the ground floor behind reception.

Citizens Advice Bureau
Here to help patients, staff and visitors with advice and support on a range of subjects including welfare benefits, money problems, community care, housing, immigration etc Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10am – 4pm; Wednesday 10.30am – 4pm
Discharge Lounge
Located on the ground floor of Arrowe Park Hospital, the Discharge Lounge is a facility available to inpatients about to be discharged. It provides trained staff to care for all patients' needs, comfortable seating, reclining chairs and beds, refreshments and a dedicated pick up point outside. Ask one of the nurses on your ward about whether you would benefit from leaving hospital through the Discharge Lounge.
Hairdresser
Arroweheads Hairdresser is on the second floor of Arrowe Park Hospital and can be contacted on 0151 678 5111 ext 2170. The hairdressers is closed Sundays and Mondays, open from 9am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays.
Lost property
Mislaid items are normally taken to the Main Reception at Arrowe Park Hospital (0151 678 5111ext 2046 / 2048) where they are kept for 24 hours before being transferred to the General Office.
Pharmacy
A Lloyd’s Pharmacy is available between the Accident and Emergency Department and NHS Walk-in Centre at Arrowe Park Hospital. Opening hours are 8.30am to 10pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am to 10pm, weekends and bank holidays. The pharmacy's telephone number is 0151 677 6449.
Radio
Daily broadcasts are made by Arrowe Sound and requests are welcome.
You can email a request (arrowsesound@yahoo.co.uk). You can also contact the service by phone: patients can ring in free from their bedside telephones on extension 4500. For external calls the number is 0151 678 5111 ext 2628.

These are available; ask at the main entrance information desk. The hospital is wheelchair accessible.
