Q. How do I stay in Park Suite?
A. Inform your Consultant at your out patient visit that you wish to use the Park Suite.

Q. Can I visit before I make up my mind?
A. Yes - you can either contact the ward to arrange a visit, you may wish to see the Ward Manager and/or Administrator and this can be arranged by contacting the ward. Alternatively you can visit without appointment.

Q. What will the cost be?
A. Fixed price package deals are avaliable, details of which can be found in the guide prices.

Q. What payment methods are there?
A. Payment can be made, by either cash or cheque, this must be paid on admission.

Q. What operations/treatment do you provide?
A. Park Suite offers a wide range of operations/treatments. Please contact the Park Suite it there is an operation/treatment that you need, which is not listed in the guide prices.

Q. What is the admission process?
A. In normal circumstances the Administrative staff on the Park Suite will organise your admission to the park Suite. If you are transferring from another department or ward within/outside the Trust the Nursing staff on the Park Suite will arrange your transfer to the Park Suite.

Q. What is the invoicing process?
A. If you have private medical insurance all invoices go directly to the insurance companies. Self funding patients will recieve an invoice. Consultant/Consultant Anaesthetist will bill you directly.
