HR Services
HR services provides professional advice and guidance to line managers and staff on all issues connected to the employment relationship including: terms and conditions, employment legislation, policies and procedures, employee relations issues, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues, staff attendance, etc. HR managers are active members of the Divisional Boards, they participate and lead on projects groups to develop HR initiatives within the trust (e.g. Equality, Diversity and Human Rights, Improving Working Lives etc.). In addition they develop and deliver HR training and produce, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
