The Integrated Library Service (ILS) offers refresher training and induction sessions tailored to the needs of both staff and users.
Refresher sessions can be tailored to the needs of individuals or groups and will be particularly useful if you haven't used the library for a while or are about to embark on a new course or piece of work.
