Enquiry service
Both the McArdle and John A.Aitken Libraries operate an ‘Enquiry Service’
to help users of the Integrated Library Service (ILS) make the best use of all the library
services and facilities available to them. We also provide an ever growing list
of library
help sheets.
Please feel free to visit us in person, telephone us or make use of the electronic
enquiry service (detailed below) we operate called ‘Ask a Librarian’.
About ‘Ask a Librarian’
'Ask a Librarian' is an electronic enquiry service for all users of the ILS. Use this service to ask questions about using the library and any
of the electronic information resources to which we provide access to. Simply fill
in the web form at the bottom of this page and send your question to us.

Response time
We aim to respond to your question normally within 2 working days; however,
the response may take longer if the question is complicated.
