Leadership and Development Centre
The Leadership and Development Centre in Elm House at Clatterbridge Hospital is dedicated to the provision of a high quality range of training and development programmes including Leadership & Management, Foundation Skills (Literacy, Numeracy and ICT), and other accredited and certificated courses designed to support staff in delivering competent roles- eg: AMSPAR Medical Terminology. The centre is also responsible for the implementation of the NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework and co-ordination and compliance with corporate induction and mandatory training.
