Welcome to the new website for HR and Organisational Development, which has been developed to replace the former Human Resources; Learning and development and A4C websites.
The mission of the HR and Organisational Development Department is to be:
“A Key enabler in ensuring that the Culture, Structure, Competency and Capacity of the Trust is continually fit for purpose in delivering excellent healthcare services”
We know that the Trust will only be as successful as the people within it and as such, we are committed to ensuring that the contribution of every person involved in the Trust whether employed or voluntary, is maximised.
This site has been developed to provide you with information on the services that we provide, useful information and guidance and who to contact if you would like further information or advice, guidance or support.
Our services have been designed to meet the existing and emerging needs of the Trust as a provider of care, an employer and as a major contributor to the local communities. We are constantly striving to improve the quality and content of our services and as such would always welcome constructive feedback, ideas or suggestions as to how we could do better, both with this site or the actual provision of our services.
We are extremely proud of the services provided by this Trust and are fully committed to leading its further development towards excellence in healthcare.
